Nadeau Studios Refund Policy (30-Day Risk-Free Trial)

We stand by the craftsmanship of The Nadeau Easel, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your easel to request a return.

  • Decades of Proven Quality: Though we have only had a couple of easels returned since we began crafting the original Take-It-Easel almost 40 years ago, we want you to feel completely confident in your investment.
  • Risk-Free Returns: We will gladly accept a return of your easel, no questions asked, and will refund your full purchase price.


Eligibility and How to Start a Return

To be eligible for a return, your easel must be in original condition (unused, undamaged) and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Start a Return: Simply contact us at info@nadeaustudios.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

  2. Domestic Returns (Continental US Only): If your return is accepted, we will immediately send you a prepaid UPS return shipping label (continental US only). We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  3. International Returns: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address, and you must cover the return shipping costs.

  4. Return Address: Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 259-B Tonset Road Orleans, MA 02653

  5. Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@nadeaustudios.com.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Timing: We will issue you a prompt refund as soon as we receive your easel and make sure it is in original condition! Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (usually 5-10 business days).

  • Follow Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nadeaustudios.com.
